How do I get free shipping
If you live in the United States and purchase $150.00 or more you will receive free shipping.

What do you charge for shipping and handling?
Shipping prices for all orders are based on the weight of the package. This gives you the best possible rates! We do not charge a "handling" rate you only pay the actual postage fees. 

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most of our orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. There are possible exceptions, however, such as holidays, special sales, etc... during these peak times please allow up to 10 business days for orders to ship. 

What shipping method do you use?
Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS).   

When can I expect to receive my order after it has shipped?
USPS does not guarantee any transit times for first-class shipments. However, here are the general guidelines for shipping times for USPS:

Estimated Shipping Times - within the USA:
First Class Mail: 3-7 Business Days
Priority Mail: 1-4 Business Days

Can I track my order?
Yes. You can find your tracking number in your account in the website.  Login to your account on our website and open your account to view your orders. 

My USPS tracking number says "pre-shipment information sent to USPS". What does this mean?
If you receive this message from the USPS website, it means that a shipping label has been created and that your package is in transit. Normally it takes up to 24 hours for the package to be scanned into the system and, unfortunately, we have no control over how fast USPS scans their packages into the system. We recognize this can be frustrating we thank you in advance for being patient with the mail system.

My USPS shipment tracking shows that my package has already been delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do now?
Sometimes USPS will scan an item delivered on the day of (or even sometimes the day before) the delivery actually takes place.  We recommend giving USPS another day to physically deliver.  If you still do not receive your package please check with your local post office. Have the tracking number ready to provide to them so they can investigate the package. Remember sometimes errors happen so you may want to also check with your neighbors in case of a delivery error. Pixi Dust Designs is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility.
