Sweet Snail card!
Patti here today. For today’s project, I created an adorable She Snail card using the She Snail Die Set and the Grandfather Clock Valentine add-on. I also used the grass from the Fall Box Card B set and the clouds from the Beach Day Slimline. Both are on Clearance on the Pixi Dust Designs Website!
I started by die cutting out all of my die cuts and putting them on a sticky mat. The background patterned paper was cut out with a postage die. I ink blended around all of the die cuts images.
I then cut out two of the banners from the Grandfather Clock Valentine Add-On die set. One in white card stock and the other in light blue card stock. I stamped my sentiment on the white card stock, then put the blue on top, added the decorative banner pole, and added the decorative banner topper over that. I used two really old brads to hold the banner parts together. I inlaid the red heart.
I added the green grass from the Fall Box Card Band cut it down to match the banner. I added the clouds from the Beach Day Slimline set and then adhered all of my die cuts on top of the banner.
I adhered the postage background paper then added foam tape to the banner set and added that to my card base. So you have a sentiment on the front and the interior of the card to write your note or add more sentiments.
