Katy's Monsters

Hello, hello Katy here today! I’m here to share a couple of new card ideas using the new Monster Bubu die set from Pixi Dust Designs. For my first card, I created the candy corn background using distress inks and the candy corn stencil from Stampanniething. I die cut out the background scene pieces using the Grandfather Clock Halloween add on dies. Next, I cut out and paper pieced my monster. This little guy looks happy to be out trick or treating.

For my second card, I created a space-like background using distress inks and added a vellum mound for him to sit on. I kept this card fairly simple, and added some gems and sentiment as well as paper piecing my monster. Which look is your favorite?
