Easter Greetings!

Hi Crafty Friends, Debbie here with the sweet Hatching Egg Die and the Pop Up Card A Dies from the February release!

I started off by die-cutting out two of the Hatching Egg Dies. I made the egg shells in a robin’s egg blue color and splattering on diluted blue ink on the shells to give them some interest.

Next, I die-cut out the elements from the Pop Up Card A Dies for the inside of a standard A2 top-fold card base. I adhered the pop-up inside with the wings of one of the chicks to the X fold. I used both eyes in the Hatching Egg set so the one inside has the squinting eyes. But before I completely attach the chick I need to stamp out a sentiment. With the Easter Bunny Stamp set I stamped out the sentiment ”Egg-cellent” then attached the chick and egg shell. It’s so cute with its flapping wings!
Now, to finish the front of the card, I used the pattern paper from the Happy Easter paper pad and trimmed it down to a standard A2 panel. In the middle, I die cut out an arch with a die from my stash. Attaching the pattern paper to a matching purple cardstock.
Before I attached the Hatching Egg with the chick, I stamped and white heat embossed the “Easter Greetings” from the Easter Bunny Stamp Set.

With liquid glue, I attached the Hatching Egg and Chick. Needing some small flowers to fill in. I used the new Easter Basket Dies for the smaller flowers. And with the Easter Eggs Dies set, I found one larger flower. Adding some gems from my stash to add in the center of the flowers.

Thanks for stopping by, and have a wonderful day!
