Card tutorial by designer Irene Mejia!

Thanks for joining me today to learn how I created my Bergenia floral card.

I created a single Bergenia card on a rich inky background. I started with an A2-sized background and masked the edges with low tack tape. I blended Catherine Pooler Inks in Aquatini and Minted onto the exposed card stock until I achieved the desired look.

Next, I lightly inked the edges of the floral petals with Cotton Candy ink and then with Be Mine. For the flower center, I used Glitz and Chiffon. Next, I blended the stem and leaves with Grass Skirt and Lime Rickey.

I glued the stem to the back of the flower and added it to my background with liquid glue. Next, I glued the sentiment to the left of the flower and added three gems for sparkle

If you'd like a challenge, you can make and layer additional flowers onto your card panel.
