Bright Borders!

Hello everyone! It's Katy here today, I am back to share with you a bright and colorful card. This card features the Vintage Lace die set from Pixi Dust Designs. I used one of the borders and cut it out in rainbow colors. I love how the colors are bright and happy! Doesn’t this just make you smile?!
