Baby Shower Gift Bags with The Quiet Sister!
It’s so fun to add personal touches to special events. My sisters and I are hosting a baby shower for our niece-in-law and our nephew. She chose the theme “Baby in Bloom” and loves the color sage green. We do not know what they are having. Based on that, I created these darling gift bags for the shower guests.

The die sets I used are from Pixi Dust Designs. I used the Poppy, Interchangeable Bag Topper and Interchangeable Bracket Bag Topper die sets. The inks are from Catherine Pooler as is the sentiment.
To start, I die cut everything out. Almost all of the cardstock I used is from CutCardStock. I used Habanero, Pop Tone Natural, Pop Tone Jelly Bean Green, Star Dream Metallic Gold and Astro Bright Eclipse.
I added the Poppy layers to my sticky mat and ink blended Catherine Pooler’s Rockin’ Red around the edges. I glued all of the floral parts together and then arranged the stems and leaves on my gift bags panel. Once I had them arranged the way I liked, I glued everything down.

I folded and scored the bag and added the front panel with the floral decor on to it. I then added the back panel. I should have added my sentiment to the back before I adhered it to the bag. I attached my handles and the first bag was complete.
After the first one was complete, I used the assembly line method to complete the additional 9 bags. It probably took me an hour and 20 minutes to make 9 more.
I made Wildflower Honey Butter and put small jars in the bags along with a few other goodies.

As you can see, I had to add an additional panel with the sentiment because I failed to stamp the back before adhering it to the bag. Not the end of the world, but not what I was going for. Overall, I am very happy with the bag!
Thank you so much for stopping by. See you soon!
