Spinner Card Fun!

Hello and welcome! April from the Design Team with you today. I have this cute spinner card using the NEW It’s Par-Tea Time Stamps and Pixi Cuts. I am a tea fan as I don’t drink coffee, so I am loving this cute set.

I created my background panel by ink smooshing some purple oxide inks. I then added water spatters and some ink spatters to the panel. Once dry, I used an oval die to die cut in the middle of the panel.

Next, I stamped all the images that I wanted to use from the It’s Par-Tea Time Stamp Set with alcohol friendly ink. I used alcohol makers to color my images. I used a couple different purple combos for my tea kettles and mugs. These were then die cut using the coordinating Pixi Cuts.

I die cut some glitter cardstock using a circle die and adhered two tea pots pouring tea into mugs on each circle. I made sure my mugs were sitting level and glued these together with a piece of silver thread in the middle. This was then taped to the back of the panel I made by ink smooshing. Make sure to pull your thread very tight and use a strong tape to hold it in place.

I used the same oval die to cut the center out of the front of a top folding card base, then adhered my background panel with the spinner directly to this with strong adhesive.

I heat embossed my sentiment and adhered a couple more mugs and other images around the popped-up sentiment strip. I did spatter some purple on the inside back panel of the card before adhering another mug to the center of it.

Spinner cards are such fun interactive cards and always brings a smile to others. Before you put a spinner card in an envelope make sure to twist your spinner many times so that it spins when the recipient opens the card.

I hope you enjoyed this fun spinner card and grab the sweet It’s Par-Tea Time Stamps and Pixi Cuts. You will love coloring and creating with these super cute images.

Thanks for stopping by today!
